FartName ("we", "our", or "the app") is a humor app that generates unique fart sounds for names. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information you provide

• Names you type: When you enter a name to generate a fart sound, that text is sent to our AI provider (ElevenLabs / OpenAI) to produce the audio. We do not store names on our servers after the audio is generated.

Information collected automatically

• Device identifiers & crash data: We use Google Firebase to monitor app stability. Firebase may collect device model, OS version, and anonymous identifiers.
• Purchase information: In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing via RevenueCat. We receive confirmation of subscription or credit purchases but never see your payment card details.
• Usage analytics: We collect anonymised data about which features are used to improve the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate and deliver the fart-sound audio for the name you entered
• To process and validate in-app purchases
• To monitor and fix app crashes
• To improve app performance and features

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase – crash reporting & analytics
• OpenAI – name-to-audio processing
• ElevenLabs – voice synthesis
• RevenueCat – in-app purchase management
• Google Play Billing – payment processing

4. Data Retention

We do not persistently store the names you type. Crash logs are retained for up to 90 days. Purchase records are retained as required by law.

5. Children's Privacy

FartName is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
